FAQS

Emeralds

There are two main ways to earn emeralds in game:

  1. Participating in photo sessions

  2. Winning duels against Supermodels

You can also earn emeralds by:

  3. Inviting friends to play Lady Popular and get emeralds when they level up, buy diamonds, and when they recruit             more friends

  4. Completing missions at engagement parties

  5. Winning them in certain events

If you're a new player who registered in the game in the mid-2015 you should have received 20 diamonds from simply completing the tutorial. This is a new feature and Ladies like myself were never given free diamonds prior to this change. For the most part, you must buy diamonds with real money. There have been on occasion when the game developers have given us free diamonds due to server issues or during a celebration like International Women's Day. Again diamonds 99% of the time are bought with real money.

There are two ways to get free diamonds in game:

  1. Spinning the daily wheel and landing on the 3 diamonds prize

  2. Completing offers from XS Software advertising partners

Diamonds

After clicking on one of the advertising partners you'll see a page load with a bunch of offers that you can choose from and how much diamonds you'll get for completing it.

I clicked on Matomy in the above screenshot. I had never done the offers or even really looked at them until writing this guide in order to give an informed and unbiased opinion as much as possible.

Naturally, you'd want to click on the offer that is going to give you the most amount of diamonds, which is the Gap Gift Card offer. I clicked on it and was taken to this:

My cynicism and skepticism was rewarded because I already knew what this was. These type of "advertising" sponsors/businesses are email address and information collectors. They WILL sell your information and you will see your spam folder increase ten-fold. I noped right out of there. I would advise everyone, especially our young players, NOT to give out your information so freely. Those 6 diamonds aren't worth it.

So after going through a bit more offers like this I was getting annoyed. Finally, I clicked on the Macy's Flyer offer, which offered 1 diamond. I really wasn't sure what this offer was but it turned out to be pretty darn easy! All I had to do was view Macy's latest flyer/sale. I exited out of the flyer and a few minutes later I was credited 1 diamond while writing this guide. Ok, so not much but hey a diamond is a diamond.

I went through and found all of the flyer offers and clicked on them. And sure enough my 1 diamond was credited every single time. In a matter of 8-15 minutes I made 5 diamonds. I did click on four flyer offers that landed on a page that said the offer was no longer available as seen here:

All the flyer offers I did and saw were under the "Click Offers" category so that will help you from not wasting too much time because when I did this guide there was 108 pages of offers to shift through and in the words of Sweet Brown, "Ain't nobody got time for that."

My final thoughts on this process:

  • If you don't have it please get AdBlock Plus or some other form of ad blocker to avoid pop ups or accidently clicking on a bad link/ad. Keep in mind that my ad blocker completely blocked two of the companies and I'm totally ok with that.

  • I Googled all of the companies before clicking on any of them and the word "scam" often came up. The lesser of the four evils was Matomy.

  • Even if you do use a fake email or fake info for an offer like the Gap one it's not worth your time and you might not get the diamonds anyway so I strongly encourage you to avoid those.

  • All in all I do think it's worth 15 mins every few days or so to check out the flyer offers.

  • Make sure to scroll through the entire flyer. Flyers are hosted by Flipp, which is a totally legit company btw.
